Pieced together from what we see in the first 12 issues of All-New Wolverine, with some liberties taken as regards the bathroom (since there must be one) and "top half" of the bedroom. We only ever see it from where she opens the door and looks in. (There's some uncertainty as to where Gabby sleeps, but there's no indication it's anything more than a one bedroom apartment at this point.) A kitchen table is seen at one point, but I figure they just drag the desk out if needed, since it only shows up in a couple issues.
